Adam was great; they’re all great. Bought a defective pen here last week, emailed them and explained the issue with my receipt and the next day I had it replaced! These guys are the best. Other shops definitely don’t do this - I was able to prove it wasn’t working and burning straight cotton and the manager onsite, Adam made sure that I got the exact pen I needed as a replacement! Great service always coming here, competitive pricing and friendly staff that greets you near the front door. 10/10

The atmosphere, the people, its a great location. Everything is super clean, they're fast and easy to order your shit. Its always decorated nicely, they ALWAYS have great deals, and I just cannot bring myself to go anywhere else at all. HIGHLY recommend.
