Delivery FAQs

We currently offer same day / expedited deliveries Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Choose ASAP: deliveries should arrive within 60 - 90 minutes of placing your order between the hours of 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm. If we are running late, you will be notified 

Scheduled Time slots: You can also choose a 2-hour window between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm for your delivery to arrive in.

We charge a modest Delivery fee of 4.99 to cover a portion of our cost to pay our Driver Team

The minimum order value for a delivery is $70

We DO NOT TAKE CASH. at checkout choose one of the following options 

Pay online with Aeropay to speed up your delivery 

Pay with DEBIT CARD AT YOUR DOOR

VALID ID that matches the person who ordered must be presented at the time of delivery. If the ID does not match the name and ID on File, we will not be able to complete the order (this is policy of the NJ state regulators)

On your order confirmation page, we will update you on your estimated time of arrival so please use that page to track your status.  We will also send you a text message when we know your estimated time of arrival.

In case you need to contact Joyleaf about your order, on your confirmation page has a CHAT that will allow you to speak with our dispatcher to help with any issues during your order.

We currently deliver with in a 3.5 mile radius of the store to the following zip codes 

07203 - Roselle, 07202, 07208, 07201 - Elizebeth, 07204 - Roselle Park, 07016 - Cranford, 07227,- Garwood, 07036 - Linden, 07083 - Union, 07083 - Union, 07033 - Kenilworth
